Expressing surprise that the special session of Parliament has been convened without consultation with other parties and without an agenda, Congress leader Sonia Gandhi on Wednesday shot off a letter to Prime Minister Modi with a demand that time be allotted for discussion on nine issues including Adani revelations, Chinese aggression, rising communal tension, caste census and the damage being inflicted to Centre-state relations.
