Among a host of relief measures for victims of land subsidence in Joshimath, the Uttarakhand cabinet on Friday announced that two adult members of each displaced family would get financial relief in accordance with MNREGS provisions and there will be a one-year moratorium on EMIs for residents who have taken loans from state cooperative banks.
