Himachal fourth state to restore old pension scheme

Hundreds of employees shouted "Sukhu Zindabad" and danced to drum beats in the freezing cold as word got out that the cabinet meeting, which was still underway in the secretariat, had cleared the return of their pension scheme of choice after 20 years.
